Edith Eveon Brown is a seasoned retired federal professional, accomplished writer, and independent published author with a diverse background spanning public service, business management and regulatory development. She created comprehensive training manuals for federal employees, and produced instructional guides for agency trainers. As a nationwide property inspector with a background in property management. Ms. Brown authored the first handbook on property management and property inspection for her agency, an influential publication that became widely used both within the agency and by private owners of apartment buildings, single- family homes, group homes, etc. Ms. Brown has remained a prolific and imaginative writer. Known for her ability to expand a single sentence or conceptual vision into a full-length novel. She has cultivated a lifelong commitment to creative expression. Her writing talents extend across fiction, instructional content, Baptist religion, professional documentation, reflecting both discipline and originality. Ms. Brown’s leadership and service also extend beyond her professional writing and federal work. She served as a Commanding Officer of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, Flotilla 23-7, in Shady Side, Maryland. Reflecting her commitment to public service, leadership, and community engagement.
